FOREIGN MINISTER WILL VISIT THAILAND
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/A Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia G.Zandanshatar will pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Thailand December 6-9 at invitation of Kasit Piromya, Thailand Foreign Minister.
The visit will be the first one at the level of Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia. According to the itinerary, G.Zandanshatar will hold official talks with his counterpart Piromya and with Commerce Minister Porthiva Nakasai. He is expected to call on the Princess of Thailand Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva. The latter will be handed an invitation from the Head of Mongolia's Government.
In Bangkok, the Foreign Minister of Mongolia is to meet with Deputy UN Secretary General and Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific Ms. Noeleen Heyzer to exchange views on a cooperation between Mongolia and ESCAP, the press service of Foreign Ministry says.
