It is still early to resume six-party talks on N Korea - Lee Yun-ho.
MOSCOW, November 30 (Itar-Tass) - It is still early to speak about
resumption of the six-party negotiations on North Korea's nuclear program, South Korean ambassador to Russia Lee Yun-ho said on Tuesday.
"At present, it is early to hold the six-party negotiations," he said.
"At first, it is necessary to create the relevant conditions; North Korea
should show its will to denuclearisation."
"We do not refuse from the dialogue, we think that the dialogue is
necessary," the ambassador said. "But we will not conduct the dialogue for
the dialogue's sake."
