Iran's Supreme Leader lauds preparedness of Navy
Tehran, Nov 29, IRNA – The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei here on Sunday instructed the Islamic Republic Navy to focus on talents and innovations in order to guarantee its future.
In an address to Commander of the Islamic Republic Army’s Navy Force and his deputies, Ayatollah Khamenei said the Navy force should build-up manpower, recruit talented people and take new initiatives through good design and up to date management.
“Given current global developments and geopolitics of the world, we should strengthen our forces both at sea and on the ground as much as possible,” said the paramount Leader.
Lauding high spirit and preparedness of the Navy force, Ayatollah Khamenei praised close cooperation between naval forces of the Islamic Republic Army and the Islamic Revolution's Guards Corps./end
