Lebanon's PM in Tehran for talks
Tehran, Nov 27, IRNA – Lebanon's Prime Minister Saad Hariri arrived here in Mehrabad Airport Saturday at the head of a high-ranking delegation.
He was welcomed by the Housing and Urban Development Minister Ali Nikzad.
He is scheduled to talk with senior Iranian officials during his first official visit to Iran.
His two-day visit takes place following President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's visit to Beirut in October when some 17 deals were inked by the two states.
Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki described Hariri's trip as a long step towards implementing agreements reached by the two countries and opening new prospects in bilateral ties./end
