Decision of forming committee to partake in water management of Amran basin approved

SANA'A, Aug. 05 (Saba)- In its weekly meeting, the cabinet approved a draft decision presented by the minister of water and environment over forming a committee to take part in managing water resources in Amran basin headed by governor of the governorate. The draft stated that the committee would participate in drawing and
carrying out plans of water management in the governorate.On the other hand, the cabinet agreed on results of the recent visit of the Palestinian trade minister to Yemen last June. The visit resulted in signing a protocol of the trade cooperation between Yemen and the Palestinian authority. Moreover, the cabinet agreed on memorandum of understanding over protecting sea tortoise which was presented by the ministry of water and environment.
