Cabinet agrees on amending tourist propagation law
SANA'A, Aug. 05 (Saba)- Cabinet agreed in its meeting held on Tuesday on a project presented by Tourist Minister for amending
tourist propagating law No. 3 for 1999.
The amendment comes as a response to changes resulted in creating independent ministry for tourism and enhancing institutional building in it for keeping pace with improvements in tourist sector and tourist propagation on local, regional and international level.
The cabinet directed referring the project to the parliament for completing constitutional measures required for issuing the amended law.
On the other hand, the cabinet agreed on the additional financing treaty for updating civil service project signed between the government and International Development Agency on 16-6-2008 and directed concerned officials to follow up constitutional measures
for approving the treaty.
