Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The results of the Population and Housing census have shown that Ulaanbaatar has one million 148 thousand 911 inhabitants. Twe census was run November 11-17 nationwide.
"To embrace all people living on the territory of the capital city, some 770 homeless people were counted November 14-15 night," says Ch.Bayanchimeg, head of UB city Statistics Department.
By preliminary results, the district of Bagakhangai has 3,386 inhabitants, of Baganuur--22,236, Nalaikh--30,312, Khan-Uul-- 110,183, Sukhbaatar--127,167, Chingeltei--146,940, Bayangol--178,554, Songinokhairkhan--255,895, Bayanzurkh--274, 688.
