GENERAL PROSECUTOR MET WITH AMERICAN LAWYER

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The State General Prosecutor D.Dorligjav met with the lawyer of American "Belew & Singleton" law firm, Paul Belew and exchanged views on cooperation on crimes.
At the meeting, State General Prosecutor D.Dorligjav noted that the prosecution of Mongolia attaches special attention to investigating cases of cross-border drug trafficking and trafficking in serious or very serious crimes, and court procedure. Here, he emphasized that the Mongolian side is interested in close cooperation with the American service anti-drug and law enforcement agencies for training and internships in the U.S. professional investigators and prosecutors, as well as in the widespread use of modern technology and programs that contribute to the prosecutorial and investigative of Mongolian institutions.
American lawyer Paul Belew arrived in Mongolia to get acquainted with the work of law enforcement agencies and institutions of higher education and to explore conditions and opportunities for cooperation in this sector.
