ELBEGGDORJ AWARDS JAPANESE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia issued a decree to award some Japanese people for making a contribution to the Mongolian-Japanese friendship, developing a cooperations in edication, culture and sciences spheres.
An order of the Polar star has gone to a Kazuya Shimba, professor of the Chimba University of Japan, to a honorary professor Fujimoto Mikiko, and to a president of Japan-Mongolian cultural relation association Haruo Hasumi.
A "Friendship" medal has been bestowed Sumio Kuribayashi, School of Economics, Tokyo International University, a leading member of Japan-Mongolian Friendship Association, a general secretary Hisashi Inoue, a vice-president of the Japanese Association of Mental Hospitals Tario Kanno.
"A contribution these people are making is really great,"expressed the President.
