NAT'L CONSULTATIVE MEETING OF DEMPARTY STARTS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The 32th meeting of a national consultative committee of Democratic Party has started in a "B" hall of the Government House. The meeting, launched Friday, was opened by remarks of N.Altankhuyag, a First Deputy Premier of Mongolia and chairman of DemParty.
"The two political powers established a coalition Government and have begun solving biggest issues implemetation of which had been deadlocked for a long time. Thanks to having the coalition Government, Mongolia has managed to overcome an economic crisis, which had covered the whole world, in a relatively short period and in a calm manner," he said. "It has been proved by the International Monetary Fund /IMF/, who, in its independent evaluation of the Government, said Mongolia dealt with the crisis with a less loss," he went on.
"Today, Mongolia is standing at the point from where a second big economic revolution is to start. A core of it will be the industrialization," he stressed. "In order not to repeat a bitter experience of those states who used to be an economic appendix, we have put forward some policies, an exploitation has begun of the Oyu tolgoi and Tavan tolgoi deposits, and a preparation has started of some 13 thousand workers for the Oyu tolgoi," he underlined. By utilizing the Tavan tolgoi, 20 thousand vacancies will appear, he added.
The meeting of national consultative committee of DemParty has gathered 228 people.
