Russia to display latest aircraft models at air show in China.

ZHUHAI, China, November 16 (Itar-Tass) - Russia actively participates
in the aerospace show "Airshow China-2010" that opened on Tuesday in the
Chinese city of Zhuhai (southern province of Guandong). A total of 30
enterprises and organisations exhibit their achievements under the aegis
of the Rostekhnologii state corporation at a closed pavilion.
The Sukhoi Company put on display two of its priority projects of
military and civil versions: super-manoeuvrable and multifunctional
fighter Su-35 of the 4+++ generation and the regional passenger airliner
Sukhoi Superject 100.
Foreign experts display no smaller interest in fighters of the MiG
galaxy - Mig-29SMT, Mig-35 and its two-seat modification. The display with
the latest combat-training plane Yak-130, developed for skilled training
of Russian crews and already being delivered to the Russian Air Force,
enjoys no less attention.
Specialists can get acquainted with a model of the unique amphibian
plane Be-200 that was highly praised during firefighting in Europe and
Russia. Visitors can also get information on the military-transport planes
Il-76MD and Il-112V, the fuelling plane Il-78MK and patrol plane Il-114MP.
The Russian side also put on view helicopters of the Mi and Ka galaxies,
ABM means and radars.
"We hope to hold talks at the exhibition, which will give a new
impetus to dynamic development of military and technical cooperation
between Russia and China," delegation head of the Rosoboronexport
organisation Sergei Kornev noted.
"The Chinese army operates successfully Russian technology; we have
built a rock-firm foundation. Therefore, we should look for ways, taking
into account the interests of both sides."
"Despite a some slide in China's share in the structure of Russian
export, Beijing remains one of the most important Russian partners. The
sides continue active cooperation in aviation technology and ABM means,"

The Zhuhai air show is held every even year. It is attended by 600
companies from 35 countries. As many as 70 aircraft are on display at the
airfield.
