SPEAKER CALLS FOR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN REGISTRATION

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ At around midday on Wednesday, parliament Speaker D.Demberel attended 15th khoroo's administrative office of the district Bayanzurkh in Ulaanbaatar to get registered in the renewed citizen's registration. Thus, he has become the 3 300th citizen of this khoroo. For the moment, 80 percent of some 6 000 inhabitants of the khoroo have been involved in registration process, as registration board workers told the Speaker.
After being photographed and giving the fingerprints, Mr. Demberel gave a brief interview to media. He said,"a fair distribution of underground wealth from strategic deposits and providing an equitable access to social care will depend on conducting a civil registration process in a perfect way and without any duplication or infringement".
He has called on all the citizens actively participate in the registration.
