Turkmen culture days open in Baku
Baku, November 5 (AzerTAc). A solemn opening ceremony of the days of Turkmenistan`s culture has been held at the Azerbaijan State Youth Theatre.
Opening the ceremony, Farah Aliyeva, an official at Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Culture and Tourism, praised the relations between the two nations. She said Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan enjoyed friendly and brotherly ties.
Tuvakbibi Durdiyeva, secretary general of Turkmenistan National Cultural Center, said cultural ties between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan were steadily developing.
The opening ceremony featured the performance of masters of culture and art from both countries.
Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic was among the participants at the event.
