Five people injured in scuffle at nightclub in southwest Moscow
MOSCOW, November 4 (Itar-Tass) - Five people were injured during a
brawl outside a nightclub in the southwest of Moscow on Wednesday, the
city's law enforcement bodies told Itar-Tass.
The incident occurred at about 19:00 MSK at 65, Vavilov Street. "A
jazz band was celebrating its birthday at the nightclub," police said.
"According to preliminary data, the band's fans who were standing in the street were attacked by unknown young men armed with metal bars and traumatic weapons."
"Five people were injured in the clashes, doctors are currently
provide them the needed aid and considering their hospitalisation," the source said. Police have not detained the attackers so far.
The information and public relations office of Moscow's main police department confirmed to Itar-Tass the fact of the incident, noting that "the exact number of victims and participants in the fight, as well as the circumstances of the incident are now being investigated."
