Law and order is top priority on way to prosperous Kyrgyzstan -view.

BISHKEK, November 3 (Itar-Tass) - Leader of the "Ar-Namys" (Dignity)
Party, former Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Felix Kulov believes that
ensuring law and order is top priority on the way toward building a
prosperous country.
Kulov said so in an address to the Kyrgyz population on Wednesday.
"I sincerely wish to see our country prosperous, and our people - who
bring together more than 80 ethnic groups - happy and confident of their
future. The first task on this way is to ensure law and order," he
underlined.
Kulov explained that he associates order with "people's enjoying life,
without fearing anybody or anything. During the election campaign, we
pledged to make all efforts toward restoring order in the country, and
we'll keep our word."
He thanked the electorate whose trust "commits the "Ar-Namys" members
to making sure that they do not disappoint their voters.
"At-Namys" is one of the parties that won seats in Zhogorku Kenesh
(parliament).
"We're facing a difficult task to normalize the situation in the
country," Kulov acknowledged.
During the October 10 parliamentary election, 56 percent of the
2.85-million electorate came to voting stations. Twenty-nine parties were
competing for 120 seats in the parliament. Just five of them cleared the
5-percent barrier, with 0.5 to 3 percent differences. Ata-Zhurt which
finished first is expected to get 28 seats. It is followed by Social
Democrats (26 mandates), Ar-Namys (Dignity) that is getting 25 seats, and
Respublika (23 seats). Ata-Meken (Fatherland) finished last, and is
expected to get 18 seats. None of the parties succeeded in securing a
majority at the top legislative body, so coalition talks are imminent.
