Regional workshop on corporate governance and reporting system in joint-stock companies to get underway in Shaki

Baku, November 2 (AzerTAc). Representatives of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Economic Development, Tacis Programme and International Finance Corporation will hold a regional workshop on for managers of regional joint-stock companies on “increasing effectiveness of corporate governance and reporting system in joint-stock companies”. The event was organized by the Azerbaijan State Committee on Securities in Shaki, Azerbaijan on Friday.
The officials of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Economic Development as well as international and local experts will make presentations on corporate governance standards, attraction of investments and credits and other topics.
