Meeting of Russia, Japan leaders at APEC summit in question yet
TOKYO, November 2 (Itar-Tass) -- A bilateral meeting between the
leaders of Russia and Japan at an APEC summit due in Japan on November
13-14, Japanese Foreign Minister Seiji Maehara told a news conference here on Tuesday.
"It is not decided yet," he said. Alongside, Maehara intends to hold a separate meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov. According to him, a meeting may be also held at an APEC summit in the Japanese city of Yokohama.
The leaders of 21 countries, including Russia, China, the United
States, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asian countries will attend the
APEC summit.
