One of Kiev`s squares to bear name of Heydar Aliyev
Kiev, October 28 (AzerTAc). A square in Ukraine`s capital has been named after national leader of Azerbaijan people Heydar Aliyev in accordance with the decision of the City Council, Ukraine`s everyday internet-newspaper Utro.ua reported.
The square has not had a name and was located near Azerbaijan`s embassy and monument to national leader.
The decision was based on the appeal of the ambassador of Azerbaijan, instruction of the Ukraine`s Cabinet of Ministers and letter of the Foreign Ministry.
