Lies of Armenian press exposed

Baku, October 28 (AzerTAc). The Togliatti State University located in the region of Samara announced it had not signed any cooperation agreement with Khankendi-based illegal “Mesrop Mashtots” University and has not intention to do so. This announcement came after Azerbaijani embassy in Russia sent a letter to the Russia`s University to make inquiries over media reports from Armenia suggesting the signing of the document.
Armenian media outlets misinterpreted Togliatti State University pro-rector Abramian`s words and misrepresented the true state of affairs.
