Russian, Kazakh PMs discuss Customs Union affairs over phone.

MOSCOW, October 26 (Itar-Tass) -- Prime Minister Vladimir Putin of
Russia and Karim Masimov of Kazakhstan on Tuesday had a telephone
conversation to "exchange views on the course of implementation of
effective Customs Union agreements," the Russian government's press
service reported.
According to the press service, the conversation was initiated by the
Kazakh side.
Apart from this, the two prime ministers "had a detailed discussion of
key issues related to the preparations for a meeting of heads of
government of the Customs Union member states scheduled for this
November," the press service said and added that the November meeting was
expected to finalise documents relating to the Common Economic Space.
