DEMPARTY FACTION MEETS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A meeting of the Democratic Party's (DP) faction ran Monday discussing draft amendments to the laws on monetary policy, on natural plants, on payment for using plants, and a bill on vaccination.
Some members of the faction have proposed to grow rare plants and protect them "not enough natural rehabilitation has been made here after using these kinds of herbs". As the faction considers, the regulations for usage of the rare plants must be different depending on a purpose of each kind.
The faction is disputing the 2011 state policy on monetary policy. Leaders of the Bank of Mongolia gave a report to the faction, R.Amarjargal, a head of a working group set up by the faction, gave a conclusion, and then a method was considered of spending money and effects of rates, inflation and macro economics.
The faction has decided to continue a work of the group. Ch.Saikhanbileg has said that the monetary policy must be closely connected with the law on budget, and that an attention is required to be paid to the budgetary and monetary policies when a tendency is growing in increase in the Gross Domestic Product per capita.
