N.ALTANKHUYAG MEETS TURKISH DEPUTY PREMIER
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The First Deputy Premier N.Altankhuyag received Monday Mr. Bulent Arinc, the Deputy Premier and State Minister of the Republic of Turkey.
"I am very delighted to visit Mongolia in times of widening of the ancient traditional relations between our countries," Mr. Arinc stressed at the beginning of the meeting.
The sides have underlined that the cooperation has been developing successfully in the economic, commercial, business, educational and defense. They have mentioned that the countries can develop the tourism based on historical and cultural heritage and beautiful nature, and discussed issues of cooperation in civil air transportation, direct flights between the countries and visa discount with an aim to bring the ties into a new level.
Mr. Altankhuyag has thanked the Turkish government for starting research of the "Orkhon Gobi" project, aiming to irrigate Gobi region, and requested the Turkish side to support in financial and capital matters.
Mr. Arinc has invited the First Deputy Premier to Turkey.
