SHOOTERS FOR ASIAN GAMES NAMED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Mongolia's Federation of Shooting Sports (MFShS) has announced names of men and women shooters who are to take part in the 16th Asian Games November 12-27 in Guangzhou, China. Mongolia will send 14 shooters and eight coaches to the Games.
The women's team comprises O.Gundegmaa, a State Honored Sportswoman and Olympic silver medalist; international masters of sports Ts.Monkhzul, Ts.Khongorzul, T.Bayartsetseg, Z.Batkhuyag, Ch.Narantuya, O.Yanjinlham and G.Nandinzaya. They will compete in events of pistol and rifle. In men's pistol events will compete international master of sports Davaakhuu, and sports masters V.Gantsooj and E.Badamgarav. International masters of sports D.Ganzorig, B.Bishrel and Sh.Monkh-Erdene are going to take part in the men's rifle contest.
The Mongolian shooting team will be headed by D.Dashzeveg, vice president of the MFShS, and coached by L.Undralbat, a State Honored Coach, B.Altantsetseg, international master of sports, by S.Adilbish, Ts.Olziibayar, J.Gankhuyag and S.Enkhjargal.
