World Forum of Spiritual Culture ends
Astana, 20 October (AzerTAc). The World Forum of Spiritual Culture has ended today here.
The event brought together public, political, cultural figures and scientists from 71 countries.
Azerbaijan was represented in the Forum by ambassadors Polad Bulbuloglu to Russia and Hasan Hasanov to Poland, chairman of Writers` Union Anar, representative of the International Informatization Academy Maya Badalbayli and others.
Addressing the event Polad Bulbuloglu highlighted the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, describing it as one of the longest and bloodiest conflicts.
He said as a result of Armenia`s aggression against Azerbaijan numerous cultural monuments and mosques have been destructed.
The Forum culminated in adoption of a Declaration on “Towards peace and solidarity through cultures”.
