UMT THANKS MINISTER G.ZANDANSHATAR

UIaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian Tourism Union /MTU/ has sent the letter to the Minister of Foreign Relations of Mongolia G.Zandanshatar.
"Since we will mark in 2012 the 850th anniversary of Great Chinggis Khaan's birthday and the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Japan, we would like to announce 2011 as the Year of Mongolia in Japan and 2012--as the year of Japan in Mongolia," says the letter.
As they suppose, this wil help raise a flow of the Japanese tourists to Mongolia giving thus an impetus to the comprehensive partnership relations development.
The MTU also thanks the Minister for promptly and positively responding to the matter on granting the Japanese visa-free 30-days. "Thanks to this step, a number of the Japanese tourists increased by one third by August this year," the letter says.
