Azerbaijan`s state independence day marked in UAE

Baku, October 19 (AzerTAc). Day of state independence of Azerbaijan was celebrated in UAE, State Committee on Work with Diaspora said. The event brought together representatives of Azerbaijani and Turkish Diasporas, Iraqi Turkmens. Chairman of Azerbaijani society in Dubai Samir Imanov told of history of independence regained on October 18, 1991.
Representative of Turkish Diaspora hailed Azerbaijani-Turkish relations. The participants watched documentary on Azerbaijan`s progress.
