DEMPARTY FACTION MEETS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A meeting of the Democratic Party's faction at parliament on Monday sounded that they will take a break if the matter is not tackled in frames of the laws concerning dismissing heads of the Corruption Combating Agency (CCA) from posts.
The faction considers that this matter must not be solved through a secret voting. “We must follow the Constitution. A proposal from any parliamentarian to organize a secret voting must not be above the Constitution,” they say.
The faction also has discussed and then backed in principle a draft new wording of the law on water supply and usage of sewers of settlements and cities, and a bill on annulling some laws.
Then a necessity was considered to discuss draft amendments to the laws on apartments, on legal status of apartments owners' union, and on properties of joint ownership in apartments.
