MPRP FACTION MEETS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A regular meeting of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party's (MPRP) faction discussed Monday a draft law on supporting employment.
Since lots of proposals and criticism have been sounded by MPs on the draft law during discussion at parliamentary session, the Standing committee on social policy, education, culture and science together with this faction have set up working groups to have them update the draft law.
As the faction considers, the bill must contain clauses that support an increase in job places and make reliable the resources of the Employment Fund.
The faction want to increase a size of loan, granted from the Employment Fund, up to MNT five million for a citizen who wants to start a business career, others want to have the State fund grant the loans "because commercial banks obliged to do so make things worse".
No agreements were shaped up at the meeting, so the faction decided to unite their principal opinions later.
