Iran Official: Leak in Bushehr power plant pool repaired
Tehran, Oct 16, IRNA – National Atomic Energy Organization official Mohammad Ahmadian said the leakage in the intermediate pool in Bushehr Power Plant was repaired.
Ahmadian who is a deputy for the organization said after the repair of the leakage, the nuclear site will become operational with a one month delay and the site will reach its nominal capacity in late April.
Referring to infiltration of staxnet virus in computer systems in Bushehr Power Plant, he said experts in the site took necessary precautions at the very beginning of the spread of the virus so that it had the minimal effect on the power plant’s operation process./end
