PARLIAMENTRIANS VISIT BULGARIA
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A delegation led by Z.Enkhbold, a head of the parliamentary Standing committee on security and foreign policy, has paid a visit to the Republic of Bulgaria at invitation of authorities of the National Assembly of Bulgaria.
During a meeting held with the Speaker of the Bulgarian parliament Mrs. Tsetska Tsacheva, it was underlined by Z.Enkhbold, Ts.Tsengel and N.Batbayar MPs that a development of the collaboration between parliamentary Standing committees and commissions is fruitful. The Mongolian side has expressed a hope that the visit will contribute to the inter-parliamentary cooperation.
Z.Enkhbold has said he is visiting Bulgaria in times of the 60th anniversary of the Mongolia-Bulgaria diplomatic relations, adding that Mongolia has recently set up a led by the Premier working group that is to work on introducing the European standards in Mongolia.
The delegation has held meeting with Mr. Dobroslov Dilyanov Dimitrov, a head of the parliamentary Standing commission on defense; Mr. Krasimir Petrov, a head of the Bugaria-Mongolia friendship group; and Mr. Milen Lyutskanov, a vice minister of foreign affairs of Bulgaria. They have shared views on the bilateral relations and cooperation.
Then the Mongolian MPs got au fait with information about legal environment for introducing European standards and Bulgaria's law on parliamentary election. A tour to parliament was run for them to observe a session, and an exhibition was offered to see the latest achievements in scientific and technical sectors.
