Baku, October 13 (AzerTAc). Today the Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) enjoys great prestige not only in the region, but also in the whole world, President Ilham Aliyev told a ground-breaking ceremony for SOCAR`s new building.
The Head of State said Azerbaijan had already started to make investments in foreign countries, adding “this strengthens our position and our role in the region”.
