UNEMPLOYMENT RATES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A number of unemployed who had registered at Labour and Welfare Service Divisions in aimags and in the capital city and of job hunters reached 38,890 by the end of September, 2010, reflecting a decrease of 1,464 persons or 3.6 percent compared to the same period of 2009.
A decrease in number of unemployed was influenced by drop in Govi-Altai (147 persons), Orkhon (158), Ovorkhangai (210), Selenge (231), Khentii (238), Uvs (826), Bulgan (999) and Ulaanbaatar city (1,874 persons).
