Baku, 31 July,(AzerTAj) - Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Heikki Talvitie briefed journalists Wednesday on the results of his visit to Azerbaijan.
He described his meetings held in Baku as fruitful.
The Special Envoy welcomed the Azerbaijani authorities' determination to create conditions for the upcoming presidential election to be held as close to international standards as possible.
