HRH Princess Chulabhorn leaves Chulalongkorn Hospital: Royal Household Bureau
BANGKOK, Oct 10 – Thai Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn on Sunday left Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and returned to Siriraj Hospital after recovering from thyroid surgery, according to the Royal Household Bureau.
The Royal Household Bureau reported that Princess Chulabhorn left Chulalongkorn Hospital on Sunday after being admitted late October 3 on medical advice for treatment of her thyroid symptoms.
Following detailed evaluation and diagnosis, the medical team decided to treat the princess’s condition by operating and the surgery was completed on Friday.
The medical team on Sunday reported that the princess’s condition had returned to normal without complications and that she had a healthy appetite.
Currently the 53-year-old princess returned to stay at Siriraj Hospital where King Bhumibol Adulyadej has been receiving treatment and staying since September 19 last year. (MCOT online news)
