Neighbours' row leads to fatal stabbing

A man has died after being stabbed at a unit in Sydney's southwest.
Two other men were wounded in the incident, which happened at a block of flats in
Terminus Street, Liverpool just before 5pm (AEDT) on Saturday.
Police sealed the building off and established multiple crime scenes.
The two wounded men were taken to Liverpool Hospital. Their condition is not
immediately known, a police statement said.
Fairfax Radio Network reported the incident was sparked by a dispute between
neighbours.
A fourth man, in his 30s, was arrested and taken to Liverpool police station for
questioning.
