PACE observation to visit Azerbaijan in late October

Baku, October 9 (AzerTAc). An observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will be staying in Azerbaijan on October 19-22.
The parliamentary elections will take place on November 7 this year.
