Iran to play active role in global management: President
Tehran, Oct 9, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Saturday that Iran is to present a proper pattern to the world nations by playing an active role in the global management.
'Our mission is to build Iran and provide a pattern for the mankind by playing an active role in the global management, said the President speaking in an inaugural ceremony for a major railroad construction project.
He said that Iran has currently become 'a symbol of monotheism, justice, peace, love and friendship' to the world.
'We need a new order and justice-based system now that we are on the verge of major international developments,' said the President.
He stressed that Iran is no longer a country limited to a certain geography or race./end
