CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Wednesday cabinet meeting decided to allot MNT 569 million 20 thousand and 280 from the reserved fund of the government for covering damages caused by foot-and-mouth disease and extremely dangerous natural phenomenon which occurred in 2010 in Bulgan, Dornod, Orkhon, Uvs and Khentii aimags. The money also will go for the expense of assignments and incentives for emergency service officers and rescuers who have worked in disaster sites.
The cabinet has backed in principle a draft contract on a non-refundable aid for the "Development and Program of Health Sector-IV" project that will be established between the government of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). A Prime Ministerial order will be issued on granting a right to the Finance Minister to sign the contract in frames of which the ADB plans to grant MNT 14 million to Mongolia for improving Ulaanbaatar-based hospitals, human resources development and medicine safety.
The government has backed a draft parliamentary resolution on transferring state property to localities, and decided to submit it to the State Great Khural. The State Property Committee has worked out a draft on transferring properties of MNT 126,2510.7 thousand to the ownership of localities.
The Ministers have approved a plan of measures to implement the second stage's goals of the national program on introducing IT in the state archive and on conducting official documents.
In addition, the cabinet has decided to submit draft amendments to the laws on E-signature, on special licenses of citizens and entities, on general law on tax, on state registration of legal person, on civil registration, on banking activities and monetary account of legal persons and on activities of payment and credit.
