Bombers re-sign four players
The good news keeps coming from Windy Hill as Essendon announced they had re-signed
Brent Stanton, Leroy Jetta, David Myers and Alwyn Davey.
Coach James Hird, who was appointed last week, is also hopeful of keeping young
utility Bachar Houli at the club.
Houli is reported to be on Richmond's shopping list at the start of AFL Trade Week.
Hird told reporters at Etihad Stadium that rival clubs had expressed interest in
several Essendon players, including Houli.
"Bachar's still a required player, we want to keep him," Hird said on Tuesday.
