DRAFT LAWS SUBMITTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A draft amendment to the law on “Purchasing products, works and service with state and local capital” was submitted Tuesday by E.Bat-Uul and P.Altangerel MPs to D.Demberel, parliament Speaker.
The MPs have said they want to improve control over works done with capital of state and local budgets by increasing number of citizens in composition of evaluation group who assess constructions and objects' tenders.
The Cabinet Secretariat of the Government Ch.Khurelbaatar has also submitted to the Speaker a draft law on ratifying the Mongolia-China inter-governmental treaty on regime in accordance with Mongolia's law on international contracts. This treaty was signed during a visit of Wen Jiabao, the Premier of the State Council of the PRC, paid to Mongolia June 1-2, 2010.
The Premier has told the parliamentary office to convey the draft amendment and the draft law to the related Standing committee.
