Ankara, October 5 (AzerTAc). A two-day meeting to discuss technical details of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is underway in Ankara.
The Kars–Tbilisi–Baku railway, or Kars-Akhalkalaki-Tbilisi-Baku railway, is a regional rail link project to directly connect Turkey, Georgia and Azerbaijan. The project was originally to be completed by 2010 but is now scheduled for completion by 2012.
