Putin congratulates Wen Jiabao on 61st anniversary of PRC.

MOSCOW, October 1 (Itar-Tass) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin
sent a congratulatory message to his Chinese counterpart Wen Jiabao over
the national holiday - the 61st anniversary of the People's Republic of
China (PRC), the Russian government press service reported on Friday.
"Russian-Chinese relations are at the highest level in all their
history and are characteristic of mutually beneficial and dynamic
cooperation in all spheres. This real strategic partnership meets
long-term interests of our peoples and contributes to stronger
international security and stability," Putin said in the congratulatory
message.
