AZERBAIJAN`S MIGRATION CODE UNDERWAY
Baku, September 30 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Migration Code is being prepared, Chief of the Presidential Administration`s department on work with the law-enforcement bodies Fuad Alasgarov told journalists.
According to Alasgarov, experts of the State Migration Service and other relevant bodies are working on the Code. He added it would be the first Migration Code in the CIS territory.
Alasgarov pointed out the document would provide opportunity for foreigners, migrants and people without citizenship to become familiar with the legislative provisions on how to come to Azerbaijan and live or work in the country.
He said the document would be submitted to Azerbaijan`s parliament in the near future.
