China can take part in creating Skolkovo innovation centre-Medvedev.

SHANGHAI, September 28 (Itar-Tass) - China can take an active part in
the creation of Russia's innovation centre in Skolkovo near Moscow,
President Dmitry Medvedev told reporters on Tuesday.
"I believe that China can not only take part in modernizing our
economy," he said citing as an example joint technological projects, in
particular those ones focusing on the development of batteries for
electronic buses.
"As for large-scale projects we discussed this issue with Chinese
President Hu Jintao and I proposed him to join such projects in Russia. He
said Chinese specialists and institutions are ready to take part in
Skolkovo," Medvedev said.
The Russian president underlined that Russia and China "have very good
projects not worse than those with the U.S. and the EU."
"For Moscow all partners are attractive and important," the head of
state said.
