Cabinet agrees on Ministry of Industry and Trade's by law
SANA'A, July 30 (Saba)- In its meeting held on Tuesday, the cabinet agreed on the draft republican decree over Ministry of Industry and Trade's bylaw and directed concerned officials to complete lawmeasures for issuing the decree.
The bylaw, that contains 58 items, organizes the ministry's activities, enhancing its efforts for realizing strategy of improving trade balance of the republic, enabling meddle and small-sized facilities of competition, including Yemen's economy in regional and international economic alliances and realizing stable prices of basicgoods.
The bylaw includes also making strategies and policies for developing industry, encouraging industrial investments and other aims for providing continuous environment tobusiness sector.
