Mottaki invites Cypriot investors to enter Iran’s market

New York, Sept 26, IRNA – Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki in a meeting with Cypriot Foreign Minister Markos Kyprianou here invited Cypriot investors to enter Iran’s market.
In a meeting on the sidelines of the UN 65th General Assembly meeting , the two foreign ministers discussed the latest situation on bilateral relations.
Referring to the role of Cyprus as one of the members of the Non-Aligned Movement and considering summit meeting of the movement in Iran in the year 2012, Mottaki asked strong presence of the Cyprus in the meeting.
He also expounded on grounds for development of bilateral ties, economic capacities of the two countries which can help expansion of cooperation and welcomed Cypriot investors presence in Iranian market.
Kyprianou, for his part, referred to a number of economic agreements in bilateral relations as well as legal cooperation contracts between the two countries and called for finalizing them./end
