SHEKI HOSTS SEMINAR ON LEADERSHIP AND GENDER EQUALITY
Sheki, September 25 (AzerTAc). An international seminar entitled “Leadership and gender equality”, co-organized by Azerbaijan Youth Integration into Europe (AGAT) and French NGO AMSED ended in Sheki.
The 10-day seminar brought together 45 youths from France, Greece, Belgium, Spain, Bulgaria, Italy, Turkey, Algeria, Palestine, Morocco, Russia and Moldova.
Representative of AGAT secretariat Nargiz Eyvazova said the attendees were fully informed on achievements on gender equality in Azerbaijan, the country`s history, culture and reality, as well as youth policy and cooperation between youth organizations and state bodies.
During the seminar, each participant held presentations about the history and culture of their countries.
The seminar participants were presented appropriate certificates.
