AMBASSADORS RECEIVE CERTIFICATE NAMED AFTER NEMA

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A high commissioner, head of National Emergency management agency (NEMA)
Ts.Amgalanbayar met September 23 with representation of the organizations who stretched a helping hand during in times of severe winter, zud disaster and spring of 2009-2010 when Mongolia lost some 23 percent of its livestock.
Ts.Amgalanbayar has presented the Certificate named after his Agency to Mr. V.V.Samoilenko, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, to T.Kidokoro, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan, to A.Asym Arar, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey, to Yu Hongyao, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China, to Sezin Sinanoglu, a UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative, and to A.H.Rutenberg, a Resident Representative of Asian Development Bank in Mongolia.
