SEMINAR HELD IN MOSCOW ON CENSUSES OF POPULATION AND APARTMENT
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A seminar on population and apartment censuses has been co-organized by the Embassy of Mongolia in the Russian Federation (RF) and the National Statistical Office (NSO) of Mongolia in Moscow, Russia.
The seminar has brought together D.Idevkhten, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Russia; B.Erdenesuren, a deputy head of the NSO; Mongolian diplomats in Russia; representatives of Mongolian enterprisers; some Mongolians living and working in Russia; Mongolian students.
D.Idevkhten has noted that Mongolia's Embassy in Russia is paying an attention to involving in the censuses all Mongolians who work, live or study in Russia.
Mr. Erdenesuren has given a detailed report on the censuses' purposes, organization, features, methods and preparation. In addition, an expert of the NSO on the censuses B.Badral has spoken about a procedure of registering through Internet the Mongolians who live abroad.
