UAE`S AL-BAYAN DAILY FEATURES AZERBAIJAN
Baku, September 23 (AzerTAc). The United Arab Emirate`s influential Al-Bayan daily has published two articles about Azerbaijan.
The article titled “Baku attracts tourist with its history and culture” highlights the history, places of interest, historical monuments in the Azerbaijan`s capital. It claims the city is attracting thousands of tourists from Russia, European countries, US as well as Gulf regional countries.
It features Icheri Sheher, Maiden`s Tower, Karvansaray, mosques and other historical buildings.
The other article “Guba is apple garden and honey land of Caucasus” tells about the region of Guba, located in the northern part of Shahdag mountain. The author says there are many resorts, and hotels in that region, which is a good natural attraction. Guba is considered the main apple exporter for the Caucasus region.
The story narrates on the mass graves where Azerbaijanis killed by Armenians in 1918 lie.
